In addition to administering interscholastic, Liberty-sponsored teams, it is a goal of Liberty Common School to facilitate the use of the school facilities by clubs or associations in the greater Liberty School community and by other outside groups who provide healthy activities for children. 

Reserving Facilities:

  • School-sponsored teams, both in and out of season, can reserve time by using the following form: Liberty Common School Facilities Request Form

  • Non-school entities seeking contracted use of the school’s facilities:

    • Complete a Liberty Common School Facilities Request form

    • Furnish Proof of Liability Insurance. Liberty Common School must be identified as a name insured. Coverage must name Liberty Common School as an indemnitee and fully protect the school from all claims associated with a non-school entity’s facilities usage.

    • Complete a Liberty Common School Facilities Rental Agreement and submit to athletics@libertycommon.org for processing. Allow two weeks for determination and approval.

    • Upon approval, submit proof of insurance and prepayment.

Fee Structure:*

  • Gymnasium/Stage/Great Hall/Multipurpose Auditorium—$50 per hour plus $20 per hour for custodial/supervisor labor.

  • Classroom—$20 per hour plus $20 per hour for custodial/supervisor labor.

  • Athletic fields/track—$25 per hour plus $10 per hour for custodial/supervisor labor.

*At the school’s discretion, fees may be negotiated.

When scheduling the use of Liberty Common School Athletics Facilities for a game or practice:

  • In-season, school-sponsored practices and games are given the highest priority.

  • Out-of-season, school-sponsored practices.

  • Recreational and club youth programs specifically affiliated with Liberty Common.*

  • Recreational and club youth programs NOT specifically affiliated with Liberty Common.*

  • All other requests.**

**Any groups or individuals requesting facilities access in these groups will be required to sign a contract, pay a rental fee, and submit proof of insurance.
