Fees and Payments

Athletic fees help offset the costs associated with uniforms, equipment, field usage, officials, and coaches’ stipends. Student athletes may not participate in games until the required fee has been paid. Non-Liberty students are assessed a higher fee due to increased participation costs.

Families experiencing financial hardship are encouraged to submit a written request for athletic financial assistance. The letter should outline specific circumstances and the reasons for the request. All submissions will be reviewed by the school administration to determine eligibility and the appropriate level of support.

Payment plans are also available through the school upon request.

Annual Fees are as follows:

• Junior-High Sports | $150/season
• Non-Liberty Junior-High Students | $210/ season
• High-School Sports | $225/season
• Non-Liberty High School Students | $305/ Season 
• The third season for an athlete is free (cap is per athlete, rather than per families)

Fees may be applied for missing or damaged uniforms. Uniform fees must be paid prior to the next season, or an athlete will be ineligible to participate. 

Athletics fees are paid at the time of registration through RevTrak.
