High-School Strength and Conditioning
Strength and conditioning sessions are open to all high-school athletes (grades 9–12) at any point during the school year. Sessions are held Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 5:35–7:00AM in the Palastra at LCHS. Students should contact Strength and Conditioning Coach Frank Russel CSCS for more information.
