Liberty Common Youth Sports Giving Day

Liberty Common Athletics is excited to share a matching-gift opportunity beginning tomorrow. Liberty Common School is participating in Colorado Youth Sports Giving Day 2026, a statewide campaign bringing together hundreds of nonprofits focused on getting more kids in the game.

The campaign kicks off Tue 1 SEP 2026 at 6:00PM. Funds raised will go toward new synthetic-turf and track improvements at Everett Field.

This year's campaign includes more than $1.5 million in matching and incentive funds, so every dollar donated goes further in support of LCS scholar-athletes. Last year, the matching funds ran out in 11 minutes — mark your calendars to maximize your gift.

Give Early, there is only a million dollars in matching funds and all organizations are competing for it. 

The first $1 million raised online on Tue 1 SEP 2026 will be matched dollar-for-dollar. Matching starts as soon as the campaign opens at 6:00PM MST. All other online donations made through Tue 15 SEP 2026 will still get a boost from the incentive fund.
